Starting as an analyst and later progressing into a management role, I have worked on and led a wide range of projects for two main types of clients: large and mid-sized retailers seeking to improve or optimise business performance, and investors assessing the potential of opportunities in the sector or looking to enhance specific aspects of their current investments.

Project experience spans multiple industries, including food, apparel, sports, restaurants, general merchandisers (variety stores), drugstores and cosmetics, DIY, footwear, optics, pet care, furniture, bridal wear and frozen food.

Project types include commercial and operational due diligence, value creation plans, business plan development, market potential assessment and expansion strategy, business strategy review, value proposition repositioning, new market entry potential and penetration strategy, supply chain and logistics review and redesign, new commercial model development, and various ad-hoc projects addressing specific retailer challenges.

My work focused on market and macroeconomic analysis, vendor due diligence, operational improvement projects and extensive financial analysis, building strong finance expertise.

I gained global exposure working with funds and companies across different geographies, including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, the UK, Spain, Portugal, Poland and Romania, as well as large funds, corporates and the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development).
