One of the main tasks associated with this position was developing the 3 years strategy and sponsorship of the integration of the recently acquired business in Portugal. Owner of the P&L of the whole Western Europe with revenues exceeding 300 million €, achieving an annual growth of +20% in EBITDA; introducing new lines of services/revenues. Reorganization of the team to a matrix organization, in order to comply with HQ standards; building functional and dotted line reporting structure covering the whole of the business lifecycle functions. Special mention is the transformation of the sales organization from a commodity/product selling into an agile consultative sales team.
