I worked as a Data Scientist in the Data area of

Orange, like a Datafreak. Inside a multidisciplinary squad of 10

people, I developed some projects related to agile methodology. I was

the DS leader of the following two projects:

● Offer recommender for Retention: Maximizing the retention

and the value of the customers, we choose the best discount

and other policies. The data team is formed by 2DE’s and

2DS’s, working in AWS with Python, Pyspark…

● Next Product to buy: Our goal is to offer to each client the

products which is more interesting for them, making the

communication with the client more efficient by sales channel,

creating a significant impact on the KPI’s of the business and

the lyfetime value of the client.

the Marketing area, we work with SAS Enterprise Guide answering questions and needs from the specific area, following how the business is going and reporting the base information of the analysis. I have the opportunity of doing some segmentations of the customer base depending on the use of mobile phones, discovering which the best time when the platforms should contact them… We support the selling campaigns to optimize the ROI.

o I worked with nonlinear and bayesian regression models reporting the impact of the communications in sales and awareness, elaborating simulators to optimize the media mix investment. o We estimated the impact of promotions, price, distribution… quantifying the efficiency and maximizing the profit by retailer. o I have presented reports including the model results and recommendations. o I worked developing and using algorithms in R to estimate the models. o I developed simulators to compare different media scenarios. o I have used media tools like Infosys, Galileo, TomMicro… to extract the media data. o I have dealed with other teams and clients like Endesa, BMW, Orange, Coke, Mondelez (Gevalia), Galp…
