I'm a data analysis, research and evaluation expert with more than 10 years of experience in the international development sector. I have worked with the World Bank, UN and USAID funded programs in the United States, Malaysia and Pakistan for the past decade. I am expert in conducting extensive quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and writing project reports. I have extensively used MS Excel with advanced analytical tools including pivot tables, lookup formulas, data analysis add-ins and basic dashboards. I have extensively conducted statistical analysis using SPSS, Stata and Minitab, and have frequently used Qualtrics, Air-Table, SurveyMonkey, Kobo Toolbox, NVivo, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
I possess two master’s degrees, MS in Project Management and MS in Applied Statistics, with academic awards. I have led the team of data analysts, statistical officer, and field staff to complete baseline and endline surveys and conducted extensive field monitoring to supervise data collection process to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. I have conducted training sessions on data analysis using SPSS and MS-Excel for a group of international young professionals in the United States.
