𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮 𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 (𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗻, presencial): Gestioné la transición crítica de DevOps desde Minsait ("Minsait Dope Framework"). Identifiqué puntos clave en OpenShift y generé en Confluence más de 100 informes técnicos y de negocio utilizando IA Deep Research, incluyendo diagramas Mermaid, infografías y resúmenes podcast para los stakeholders. Lideré y documenté una simple migración a OpenShift de apps con 20 años de antigüedad.

In my role as a SRE & DevOps Automation Platform specialist at TENDAM, I focused on maintaining legacy dockerized Jenkins on VM, where I refactored & developed Jenkins pipelines as code and kubernetes manifests for Tibco BWCE 2.8.0 (java 11), and ensured observability with Grafana OSS, Grafana Cloud and Datadog Operator (all of them setup from scratch with a GitOps pattern).

As principal OpenShift Cluster Admin, I was in charge of two small on-prem OCP clusters with Hyper-V nodes, NetApp NAS and Barracuda LB (infra managed manually by another team).

Other tasks included OpenShift Day-2 (configuration management with GitOps, cluster upgrades, incident mgmt), OIDC/OAuth2.0 with AzureAD, maintenance of legacy JBoss EAP with Apache, design of a Disaster Recovery Plan for OpenShift on GCP, detailed documentation of tasks & incidents in Jira, Incident escalation to Red Hat Support and Datadog Support, detailed documentation on confluence and gitlab's markdown, etc.

Last but not least, I implemented a fully automated, maintainable, rock solid, scalable and advanced Jenkins on OpenShift 4.x with pipelines as code integrated with OCP resources (ImageStream, Buildconfig, Routes, Templates, image mirroring with oc mirror against ECR/GCR, etc). This new jenkins instance (deployed with a helm chart) was also the one where I developed pipelines as code for the new Tibco BWCE 2.10.0 (java 17) that requires a new bwce runtime and new kubernetes manifests due to its better integration with kubernetes.
