Imanol ha realizado un trabajo de gran calidad y profesional. No sólo nos ayudó a resolver problemas que teníamos en el workflow de nuestra web, sino que su propuesta gráfica nos permitió reducir el peso, lo que hizo que fuera mucho más ágil en dispositivos móviles. Sin duda, fue una de las estrategias clave que nos permitió incrementar el tráfico en la web y, desde luego, nos ayudó a traer más clientes.
Por otro lado, a nivel profesional, Imanol tiene un gran plus, no solo se centra en lo básico, sino que tiene en cuenta cosas que otros expertos en UX pasan por encima, como por ejemplo el diseño. También es muy organizado, por ejemplo, los informes que nos entregó funcionaron tal cual para los programadores web, quienes lo tuvieron más fácil para mejorar su trabajo.
