De formación Diseñador de Experiencia de Usuario e Interfaz (UX/UI), tengo más de 15 años de experiencia comercial tanto en el sector público como en el privado, creando y mejorando productos digitales para clientes como Nestlé, Rank Group, Comisión Europea, SOAS University of London o Unilever.

Miembro del equipo de transformación digital en la Comisión Europea en Bruselas, donde participé en la mejora y optimización del sitio web de la C.E., disponible en 24 idiomas y con más de 20 millones de visitas mensuales.

También he participado en proyectos en el sector privado, como el diseño de la interfaz del servicio de atención al cliente de Telenet (proveedor belga de banda ancha). Migración e implementación de una plataforma de comercio electrónico en 72 paises para Nestlé Dolce Gusto y la renovación del sitio web responsivo de Carte D’Or en el Reino Unido, entre otros.
