My journey began in Badajoz, studying Barn Swallows. This decade in evolutionary ecology led to a Ph.D. and a deep scientific foundation. Seeking real-world impact, I moved from Extremadura to Asturias and Northern Portugal to track emblematic species like the Pyrenean desman and the Iberian wolf, linking academic rigor and on-the-ground conservation.

This field experience was my first contact with biodiversity tech, from radio-tracking to GIS, laying my foundations in MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification).

But I identified a critical mismatch: scientific data must translate into scalable corporate action. My mission is now clear: bridging the gap between ecology and enterprise.

Currently, I research biodiversity in solar plants, blending traditional methods with ecoacoustics. I now focus on Nature Tech and TNFD, helping organizations treat biodiversity as a strategic asset.
