The first months, I joined to accompany the company in agile methodologies, coordinating and accompanying the delivery of the projects. I was also able to participate in various departments of the company, adding my experience in culture, people, finance, legal, product and sales. My greatest responsibility within Novolabs was to ensure that I achieved the delivery objectives within the agreed times, accompanying the teams to achieve it.

- Execute on company performance evaluations.

- Participate in monitoring the professional career of many within the company.

- Accompany to maintain a healthy climate, so that the team is well and has the tools to work.

- Worked actively with the sales team, to organize us regarding the next objectives of the teams.

- Generate documentation within the company, in order to save time in training.

- Teach the team about good practices and agile methodologies.

- Interact with the vast majority of entrepreneurs who contracted the services of the company. In summary, in the last year and a half I was able to see about 20 MVPs go into production and build a very good company.

● Responsible for coordinating the work team and ensuring compliance with deliveries and product quality.

● Interacts with various departments to coordinate the development of functionalities that allow invoicing in the ten countries where MercadoLibre is located.

● Responsible for keeping the product productive, building the backlog, estimating developments by quarters and delivering usability metrics.

● Responsible for accompanying my colleagues and my team in the professional career, maintaining a healthy working environment.

● Responsible for hiring new developers, using LinkedIn as a tool.

● Some of the technologies used were Java, Amazon Cloud, JavaScript.

● Analysis of requirements, understanding of scope and times, validating which teams are involved. In some cases with the team we proposed new solutions.
