My role is to analyze how your software teams currently work, detect where delivery is slower than it should be, and design a practical acceleration model adapted to your codebases, tools, standards, constraints, and risk level.

If your team already uses AI, I help move it beyond isolated individual usage. If your team is not using it yet, I help define the adoption path, train the team, establish the working model, and guide the transition into a serious AI assisted development process.

This is not generic AI consulting and it is not basic tool training. It is focused on software development acceleration: helping engineering teams produce more, coordinate better, reduce friction, and keep control while using AI in a serious, repeatable way.
