• Spearheaded and won GSK Vaccines's global RFQ for a cutting-edge automated Distribution Center in Belgium (40,000 sqm, ambient, 2 to 8°C, -25°C, hazardous goods storage & handling). Investment: $60M, projected annual revenue: $10M.

• Negotiated service rates and Master Service Agreement (MSA), leading to successful 10 years contract signature.

• Oversaw execution of the GSK MSA and solution deployment, in coordination with project managers and logistics engineers.

• Collaborated in cross-functional workshops to align GSK's complex logistics workflows with Yusen's Manhattan SCALE WMS experts.

• Established and led high-performing teams, ensuring adherence to Good Practice (GxP) standards and client specifications.

• Validated all operational and compliance documentation (QA, Security, EHS, BCP, SOPs).

• Full P&L responsibility for the GSK contract, ensuring financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Led KPI definition, negotiation, and continuous performance monitoring to meet client expectations and service levels.

◦ Led company's first social elections; established the Work Council and Health & Safety Committee (140 FTE)
