Maintenance & Reliability: Preventive/predictive maintenance strategies, optimization of plant shutdowns (turnarounds), increased equipment availability, and cost reduction.

Commissioning & Start-up: Leadership on brownfield rehabilitation and production unit modernization projects

Safety & Compliance: Experience in HAZID, HAZOP, and ENVID analysis. Zero LTI/MTI on multiple projects.

Leadership & Training: Coaching local teams (engineers, supervisors) to build skills, with successful internal promotions (e.g., Madagascar, New Caledonia, Yemen).
