At Metyis, I worked embedded with SHV Energy's leadership across 15 European markets, building the commercial planning architecture from scratch and doubling the digital portfolio to €1.5M. At Hugo Boss, I led process redesign across 65+ stakeholders in a global ERP transformation. Before consulting, I owned a £1M+ commercial portfolio at Chika's Foods, built the D2C channel from scratch, and launched enterprise partnerships into 40+ Hilton locations.
