I help industrial and service companies improve productivity, reduce process variability, and build more autonomous teams by applying the Toyota Production System (TPS) in a practical and straightforward way.

I have more than 25 years of experience as a Factory Director and Process Improvement Consultant. My work focuses on analysing complex operations, simplifying them, and turning them into clear, measurable, and sustainable systems.

I work closely with managers, supervisors, and technicians to create alignment, responsibility, and a real continuous improvement culture based on facts, not opinions. I combine Lean methods, visual management, 5S, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving with a very practical and people-focused approach.
