Fernanda Lavigne

I'm a Strategy & Operations leader with 12 years across investment banking (Goldman Sachs), strategy consulting (EY-Parthenon) and senior operating roles in high-growth tech — payments, delivery and EdTech.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I define where the business should go, then build the commercial machinery to get it there: go-to-market plans, pricing models, revenue operations, forecasting, product roadmap.

Most recently at Perlego (London), I rose from Strategy & Operations Partner to B2B Operations & GTM Director in two and a half years, contributing to company-level decision-making, owning commercial strategy, revenue operations and go-to-market for the B2B division. Before that I worked on profitability turnarounds across seven countries at Rappi, strategic planning at Cielo (Brazil's largest payments company), strategy consulting with a healthcare and technology focus at EY-Parthenon, and two and a half years at Goldman Sachs in structured finance and fixed-income derivatives.

I've also built things of my own: a pet-groceries delivery app taken to MVP, and currently working on a health-coaching platform concept I develop as a personal project alongside a professional Health Coach diploma.

My career has run through Brazil, Spain and the UK, so I work naturally across cultures and languages — Portuguese (native), English and Spanish (fluent), plus advanced German.
