• • Molecule Enabling Projects (MEPs): initial collaboration with PD Finance Enterprise Partners to analyze spend and increase spend transparency to identify opportunities for cost reduction within PD.

Recurrent conflict management due to low performance of the vendor, staff turnover, delays and poor project management. Negotiated partnership agreements (MSA and SOW) and collaboration terms to ensure alignment with project strategic goals (timings, deliverables and budget). • • Procurement Lead for new Deal Tracking Solution for Pharma Partnering:

◦ • Market research and Selection of Software partner (Salesforce) and implementation partner (Slalom) for future Deal Tracking solution for Roche business development and M&A teams. Project budget of 6 M CHF. Negotiation and contracting of Statement of work for the Due Dilligence, Implementation phase and Maintenance of the new solution.

• • Procurement Lead Project Dwow (Digital ways of working) in the new Pharma R&D building and premises in Basel. Project management and coordination of 11 initiatives and stakeholders / project leads (in progress)

• • Negotiation Lead for vendor Tetrascience: Proposed price increase of 7 M CHF reduced with Demand management and stakeholder alignment and vendor benchmark. Negotiation with Supplier resulted in 3 M CHF cost avoidance for 2023

• • Organize & lead workshop for IT procurement, Vendor management, IT and Finance leadership to align on a solution for future EWF reporting (a single source of truth data for IT EWF) – solution in progress = design of a Tableau tool to improve work with external parties and other stakeholders.

• • Lead EWF exercise for cross functional squad: Coordinated data gathering, analysis and presentation of results and opportunities to senior leadership and teams of EWF data from top 100 IT services vendors

• • Negotiation of multiyear agreement with Roche Strategic vendor providing a SaaS solution for clinical trial patient data from 2022-2026: Final contract value reduced from 83 M USD to 74 M USD (19% total budget savings over 5 years and 3 M USD savings for 2022) + inclusion of up to global discount per volume of 5% Service level agreements - SLA, escalation process and governance model.

• • Supplier manager for Roche strategic partner Medidata: governance and support for operational / tactical business meetings as well as yearly strategic account reviews with relevant and sponsor stakeholders.
