As an experienced marketing and community-building professional with over 13 years of experience, I am passionate about fostering connections and creating thriving communities. Currently based in Barcelona, Spain, I have had the opportunity to work for various international markets throughout my career.

My professional journey has been marked by several key achievements, including my role as Global Community Lead at Mindspace, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the company's community-driven approach, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for members. My extensive experience in digital marketing, gained from working with startups in Denmark and Germany, along with my experience running my own affiliate e-commerce business, provides me with a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape.

My passion for technology and culture has been a driving force in my life since an early age. At the age of 10, I was selected to represent Lithuania in a European Commission project focused on preserving cultural heritage through digital technology. This experience ignited a deep-seated interest in the intersection of technology and culture, which continues to shape my work today.

I am also an active mentor and advisor, sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring professionals and startups. As a mother, an art and coffee enthusiast, and a curious explorer of wellness practices, I bring a multifaceted perspective to both my work and personal life.
