• • Defined and tracked key product metrics post-launch: processing time dropped from ~2 hours to ~12 minutes (~90% reduction) by automating validation and infrastructure operations; processing error rate dropped 99%, saving 20,000+ EUR/year in operational costs across ~60 monthly requests.

• • Drove organization-wide adoption, running onboarding sessions for 40+ engineers and iterating the product roadmap based on user feedback to expand coverage across teams.

• • Identified a user problem in ski resorts (difficulty finding companions spontaneously) and co-founded LÄNKA, a mobile platform to connect skiers in real time through ride-sharing, activity coordination, and social discovery on the mountain.

• • Sole PM and product owner: defined the product vision, roadmap, and UX; ran user interviews, wrote specs, prioritized the backlog, and coordinated backend development through to MVP launch.

• • Ran qualitative user research with 50+ skiers and industry professionals to validate core assumptions and iteratively refine the feature set before launch.
