• Succeeded in executing roll-out across 60 countries and 22000 users in 9 consecutive phases throughout 7 years.
• Spearheaded project by authorizing and executing upgrade from support package EHP4 to EHP7 (SU25).
• Delivered training to various staff and new hires including role approvers and role admins.
