Upon an internal promotion, oversaw a team of 6 HR People Partners and was responsible for managing, supervising and coordinating all aspects of related to human talent in Planet in the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Poland and Nordics (circa 1.500 employees).
• Planet reorganization – Was on an environment of continuous transformation I led on the different integrations and restructuring processes on a challenging environment. As a result Planet was able to lean on the business pillar "right people, right skills, right place".
• Centralization of Payroll and Administration – On the same note of transformation the People group was a transformation journey, including the creation of a Polish hub. I delivered the handover of many different processes including Payroll, onboarding and HR admin from the local to the Warsaw team.
