As a fractional CFO I provide financial leadership and strategic advisory for VC/PE backed companies in technology-driven sectors.
I’ve lived the full journey as an operator. I co-founded and scaled my Cleantech company from zero to €50M. I first built the financial and operational foundation as CFO/COO, then drove expansion and revenue growth as CEO. I maintained direct oversight of finance and product throughout. Along the way, I've led equity raises, restructured debt, managed full audits, built the entire supply chain and implemented ERP systems across multi-entity European structures.
Today I work with companies to build the operational and financial infrastructure they need to scale. **My approach combines deep operational finance with strategic product insight, because in Tech, the financial model and the product roadmap are inseparable. One decision simultaneously impacts unit economics, working capital, manufacturing scale points and go-to-market timing.
