- F&B Trainer; Training and motivate all the associate in different outlet based on SOP, ensuring all of them follow the standard - Restaurant; Mise en place, meet and greet the guest, explain them the menu, suggestion about pairing food and wines, Up-selling, deliver high standard services following SOP, ensure guest satisfaction, supervising stock of wines, total check, present it and close it, cash-up - Room Services; Delivering friendly food and drinks following SOP, Floor check, keep the area clean and tidy, inform the manager about the stock, total checks, present it and close it. - Meeting and Events; Set up rooms according with BEO´s and following the SOP, meet and greet the guest, offer them any changes in the BEO, provide coffe break ensuring guest satisfaction.
