Creation and execution of the Internal Communication plan to support business objectives in line with overall corporate communication plan and brands activations. Creation and execution of internal campaigns to better engage employees with company values and mission. Handling the IC response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation. Managing the IC events and producing communication supports for internal announcements.
