I worked for Ubisoft, Wildlife Studios, Revolving Games, Nacon, and my first projects as a consultant were helping Million Lords (mobile) and Bodycam (super realistic FPS) .     • Monetisation design – Designed monetisation plans for Ravenswatch, Taxi Life, Blood Bowl 3, Test Drive Unlimited and other unannounced games including DLCs, Battle Pass, bundles & store rotation plans.
    • Live ops tools – Project stakeholder and brief owner for the live ops back-office tools for Nacon including, virtual currency management, User Generated Content moderation, store management ...
    • Telemetry dashboards – Design & follow important KPIs for live games (ARPU, graphs to follow Sinks and Source currency flows...)
    • AI – Built with a Data and AI expert an automated community sentiment report looking at Steam reviews, Discord, Reddit, YouTube comments etc ...
    • Put back on track projects – Blood Bowl 3. 21% Positive reviews at launch (Feb 23). 49% positive (Jan 25).
    • Built a cost-efficient Customer Support service for Nacon software starting from 0 Recruited 2 people, contracted a new BPO and set up a new system that integrates player feedback on bugs directly into JIRA. Replaced phone with chat and for specific cases a "call back" system. Replaced email by a Zendesk ticketing system... So successful the scope increased to include Nacon Hardware and Big Ben products.
