• Activity and resource planning for E2E projects. Cost and Budget estimation.

• Organizing and motivating a project team while monitoring progress, timings and costs.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by defining User Experience and controlling it along the development cycle.

• Analyzing and managing project risk while reporting to stakeholders and C Suite level.

• Designing the cloud environment from a holistic point of view, ensuring it meets all of the company's requirements.

• Definition of Domain Driven Design and Microservices/APIs structure.

• Selecting cloud providers and vetting third-party services.

• Work closely with IT security to monitor privacy and develop incident response procedures.

• Coordination of contractors/outsourcing and integrations with third parties.

• IBM Watson Cognitive (AI) services consultancy (robotics: chatbots, ad-bots, NLP...) and integrations.

• Design of system evolutive plans (Assesments, Benchmarking, and Roadmapping) based on technology levers and business drivers.

• Offerings and engagement workshops for pre-sales, development of proposals (RFPs) and business cases. Relevant projects:
