Bo YU est un expert en stratégie RSE / Développement Durable / ESG avec plus de 14 ans d’expérience internationale dans des environnements réglementaires et sectoriels variés.
L’activité de Bo s’articule autour de deux axes principaux :
- Conseil Stratégique Indépendant : Bo accompagne les entreprises en tant que consultant externe pour évaluer de nouvelles technologies durables et identifier des opportunités de marché responsables. Ses missions, à forte dimension business et analytique, fournissent un éclairage décisionnel GO / NO GO à travers des audits de due diligence indépendants, des analyses de tendances et des modélisations de scénarios. Bo aide ses clients à structurer des stratégies de déploiement efficaces, à piloter leurs investissements responsables et à renforcer leur performance ESG.
- Direction RSE en Transition : Bo intervient au sein d’organisations allant des PME aux groupes du Fortune Global 500 pour transformer leurs ambitions RSE en leviers de performance. Il pilote la collecte et l’exploitation de données, conduit des audits de conformité et déploie des solutions opérationnelles, tout en accompagnant la montée en compétences des équipes internes.
En tant qu’ancien Directeur ESG & Durabilité chez Assurant (CA : 11,9 Mds USD), Bo a piloté le déploiement de la stratégie ESG du groupe et présidé le Comité Consultatif Européen Durabilité, contribuant aux orientations stratégiques auprès des boards européens.
Avant Assurant, Bo a occupé des postes de direction RSE chez H&H International et VIVESCIA, et a accompagné Lloyd’s Register, SUEZ et Veolia, en générant des impacts environnementaux et sociaux mesurables.
Bo est auditeur principal certifié ISO (IRCA, APSCA, SEDEX) et chef de projet certifié PRINCE2, avec une pratique courante du français, de l’anglais, du mandarin et du cantonais.
