Context

People today struggle with burnout (50% of the world’s employees, up to 70% in Spain), disengagement, and a lack of real purpose. Change initiatives often fail because people aren’t supported to adapt effectively.

My focus

The company of the future isn’t the one with the most tech—it’s the one whose people grow with it. I help organizations and leaders navigate constant change through adoption strategies, emotional intelligence programs, and human-centered coaching, creating teams and cultures that thrive sustainably, without burnout.
