Plus récemment, chez Cyber Guru / Mantra (cybersecurity company), j’ai conçu et développé une plateforme de distribution de formations vidéo en cybersécurité. J’ai créé le projet from scratch : architecture microservices (DDD), APIs backend en Python (FastAPI), infrastructure cloud sur GCP, systèmes de queues et de scheduling, synchronisation de bases de données, notifications email et tests de charge pour garantir la scalabilité. J’ai également développé une interface frontend intégrée à l’application principale, collaboré avec les équipes produit et sales et encadré deux développeurs juniors.

- MantraFull Stack DeveloperOctober 2024 - February 2026 (1 year and 4 months)Paris, FranceAt Mantra / Cyber Guru, I initially joined the phishing simulation and security awareness team, where I developed chatbot-based training systems integrated with Microsoft Teams and Slack, while contributing to the administrator-facing frontend.Following the merger between Cyber Guru and Mantra, we decided to integrate Cyber Guru’s cybersecurity awareness video courses into Mantra’s existing platform. This was a key strategic initiative, as it enabled Mantra to offer an entirely new product line while preparing for the future migration of Cyber Guru’s users.Because Mantra already had a large customer base, the solution needed to be robust, scalable, and able to support large onboarding waves and cross-selling without disruption.I created the project from scratch, designed and implemented multiple microservices and APIs, managed DevOps infrastructure on GCP, set up queues and schedulers, and developed a new frontend page within the main application. The technical challenge was significant, as early architectural decisions had to be right to avoid costly rework. I applied domain-driven design principles, followed modern FastAPI standards, ensured all code was production-ready and tested, and conducted stress testing to guarantee scalability.Among other components, I built a database synchronization service, email notification systems for new course releases, release schedulers, and authentication and impersonation mechanisms for the frontend.Beyond the technical work, I collaborated closely with the sales team to understand market needs, worked with product managers to define priorities, and managed two junior developers throughout the project.Although intense, this project was extremely rewarding. I am particularly proud that my work helped raise cybersecurity awareness among a wider audience and contributed to reducing security risks for users.

The architecture utilized APIs, messaging queues, database layers, and cloud indexes.I developed visualization features for complex investment structures, leveraging graph databases on top of a microservices architecture.I applied best practices for delivery, including unit testing, pre-production testing, functional testing, and continuous integration. Additionally, I utilized Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Sprints to enhance efficiency.Additionally, I developed a new continuous integration system with Jenkins and worked on DevOps projects, such as creating a process to configure and install new pre-production servers for testing.
