Set-up of the new SCHALTBAU ALTE Composites plant near Parets del Vallés (Barcelona), SOP in September 2017. This deployment involved labor professionalization, lay-out definition, contract management, suppliers negotiation and new product development within ALTE portfolio. Once in production, I was responsible of the engineering team at ALTE Composites facility, becoming in charge of industrialization of new manufacturing processes, project management and customer focal point. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Lay-out definition and manufacturing requirements gathering.

• Project management, planning, execution and activities follow-up on both bidding and project stages.

• Financial management, cost controlling, investments needs and financial reporting to ALTE CEO and SCHALTBAU Staff.

• Trade-offs, studies and investment scenarios.

• Search of raw materials, contract management and supplier negotiation.

• Facilities management (electrical, natural gas, water supply, HVAC, legal and environmental)

• Technical support on bidding phase and RFQ presentations to the customers.

• Quality requirements gathering, KPI definition, implementation of action plans and support to audits.
