As an HR Talent Innovation Consultant, I acted as a project manager within a transversal transformation project focused on “The New Way of Working” for an organization of 15,000 employees. I supported the implementation of new ways of working, including remote work, and played a key role in the overall change management process.

I collaborated closely with a wide range of stakeholders across different departments, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR strategy. My focus was on guiding the organization through change, supporting both managers and employees, and driving a sustainable transformation of the workplace.

In this role, I combined project management, stakeholder management, and coaching to successfully deliver a large-scale organizational change.

As HR Manager Social Events, I was responsible for the organization and coordination of events and activities for employees. I developed initiatives focused on company culture, sports, leisure, and team building to enhance employee engagement and well-being.

I organized a wide range of events, including family days and outings to locations such as Plopsa Land and Pairi Daiza. I was responsible for the full follow-up, from planning and budget management to practical execution.

In this role, I worked closely with both internal and external stakeholders and ensured a diverse and attractive range of activities that contributed to a positive and connected work environment.
