I'm a Technical Program Manager and fractional consultant based in Barcelona, with 7+ years delivering complex AI/ML and digital transformation programs across European markets — France, Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, and Benelux.

My work sits at the intersection of two fast-moving areas:

AI Program Delivery — I embed as a fractional PM or BA to bring structure, stakeholder alignment, and momentum to AI initiatives that are stuck or scaling fast. I've led multi-market programs at enterprise level (AI chatbots, data pipelines, predictive models, sentiment analysis) and know how to translate between technical teams and business leadership.

EUDR & GI Compliance — Through VirtusGreen, I help agri-food companies and supply chain operators understand and prepare for the EU Deforestation Regulation (2023/1115, deadline Dec 2026) and EU GI Regulation 2024/1143. I build compliance roadmaps, run gap audits, and design traceability architectures — including AI-powered tools that anchor product provenance on-chain.

I hold PMP and CSM certifications, am registered as autónomo in Spain, and work in English, Spanish, and Italian. I've spoken at international conferences on AI, blockchain, and sustainability.
