HR activities for employees located in France: lifecycle events, terminations, preparation of official documentation and letters, payroll reports and payslips. Verifying integration process and working closely with HR Data Management team Continous collaboration with HR Business Partners regarding country specific policies, benefits and restrictions.

Being the point of contact and the liason within the customer and the different departments of the company (technical office, factory team and pricing department) Sending quotations for new and already existing products Entering purchase orders for samples in the system (ERP) and making the follow up on them.
