    During this time, I have le d the e-commerce team in Spain, focusing on both product design and UX research profiles. I enhanced the existing agile methodology, which was primarily delivery-oriented, by shifting the focus towards discovery. As a result, we improved the insights that we brought to experimentation, leading to an increase in the conversion rate across various parts of the funnel and the average revenue per user (ARPU) through the new membership program. Additional ly, we successfully completed the redesign of the user experience with the new brand and col laborated with the international team to unify e-commerce solutions on a global scale (47 countries with digital commerce).

    My role involves guiding the team towards greater autonomy within their e-commerce squads, mentoring them in processes, and supporting their growth as designers. Additional ly, I assist them in identifying insights and listening to users to drive product improvement and growth. I also oversee the quality of design contributions to ensure the achievement of both product and business objectives.
