• - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various business roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

• - Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and expertise on recruitment best practices and market trends.

• - Utilized various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking to source and engage with potential candidates.

• - Manage and maintain the ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data on all candidates and job postings.

• - Outside of my role I also participate in the Diversity POD, Talent Management team, Metasearch team, Mental Health community and Social events.

• - Worked to maintain strong working relationships with the Human Resources team, resulting in positive and productive collaborations.
