Mi trabajo debe hablar por mi, tanto en lo colectivo (lo más importante es ser un equipo, hablar todos el mismo lenguaje y crecer juntos pues si en una mesa hay una pata que cojea...) como en lo individual (aportando y mostrando al resto de mis compañeros que con esfuerzos llegan los resultados) y por eso me esfuerzo en dejar huella allá donde voy. Así de intenso para el trabajo, siempre leader y no jefe y seguiría hasta el fin del mundo a quienes saben de lo que hablan, son ordenados y les gusta enseñar y crecer. Nunca estaría del lado de los que simplemente aparentan, ponen excusas para la excelencia o llevan al descontrol. Tener ideas diferentes no es malo si se está abierto al crecimiento y a escuchar a los demás.
