Adrian in a few words
Looking for technologically complex projects in companies who value specialization and pursue excellency.
I have a special interest in Cloud Software Engineer positions involving the latest technologies with a heavy emphasis in implementing best practices.
During the last year I have learned myself heavily in Microsoft Azure and AWS while I improve my knowledge of software development and architecture.

I was in the DevOps team, our job was to automate the different workflows that development teams follow. For this we use GitLab as a version control tool as well as Jenkins for the deployment of microservices (Openshift) and serverless services (AWS Lambda). We also automate the process of creating infrastructure in AWS using Terraform to create databases, S3 buckets, ECR repositories, Lambdas, etc.
We automate the entire development and deployment workflow, as well as monitoring of these services. This allowed us to improve and detect incidents much faster, as well as speed up communication between different teams.

My job consisted of developing microservices oriented archetypes in Java using Spring Boot, our job was to constantly improve the functionalities of the archetypes as well as get a better usage of resources. We have also designed and worked on proposals to reduce costs due to the consumption and efficiency of microservices in the Cloud environment. For this we developed archetypes in Golang and Quarkus that featured out for their low memory consumption and boot times, which improves the agility with which services scale.
On the other hand, we developed archetypes for AWS Lambda, in which we focused mainly on boot times, reutilization of code, and communication with other services located in On-Premise datacenters.

During my internship I was working at the OEPM (Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas), there I learned how the consulting service worked while working on improving and supporting the client's internal applications. I worked with the following technologies Java, J2EE, Struts, Jboss, Visual Basic, COBOL, SOAP and Oracle among other technologies. To organize all the tasks related to upgrades and maintenance we used JIRA, together with internal customer tools to provide fast and coordinated answers.
