Ziyaad Pondor

I am a designer with 15 years plus experience in branding, graphic/editorial design, web design and marketing communication.

I have worked as an art director and head of design for 2 of the biggest advertising agencies (Lemon DDB & PNP Link M&C Saatchi) in Mauritius whereby I have created the branding of several big local companies; Metro Express, Beau Plan Smart City, Wellkin Hospital among others. As a branding specialist, I like to create logos and identities from A to Z; taking in charge the research, conception and design of the logo and its whole ecosystem.

I have also contributed in advertising creation and I am very proficient as a conceptual thinker, being able to understand the audience and craft messages and artworks that helps the latter to connect to offers of the clients.

I have extensive experience in the art direction and design of magazines and corporate newsletters, making them interesting for the readers.

I am also interested in the marketing side of the communication process and I completed a degree in Marketing Management to better understand the audience, buying process and other marketing strategies.

As a seasoned professional, I have high work ethos and always try to deliver qualitative work on time.
