Since January 2023, I've been a freelance writer and editorial lead at Startup Guide, interviewing founders in Portuguese and English and working on stories aboutlocal startup ecosystems and entrepreneurial tips for travellers and startup founders alike.

As a content lead for MTC, I am responsible for As Content Lead, it's my responsibility to ensure a smooth process of all content projects for our clients and the agency. I guide the process for every content type from the outline to the final competition, corresponding with clients to gather the necessary information and coordinate deadlines. My responsibilities include:

- Management of the copywriting process from ideation to briefing meetings, copywriting and approvals

- Preparing briefs for blog posts, social media content, and other types of content production

- Editing and managing a team of 5+ writers and proofreaders

- Supporting the organic content strategy

- Producing and organising the agency's podcast

- Preparing Linkedin and Media topics for our clients

- Responsible for media engagements, press release distribution and media inquiries

- Writing blog articles and social posts for MTC's clients and own website
