Yacine Salihy

In 2019, for a French global industrial gases and related services supplier, Yacine was in charge to restructure the delivery of 3 digital product base on agile scrum methodology (+40 FTE) involving businesses from 3 countries.

In 2020 and 2021, Yacine was in charge to co-manage a digital factory involving +150 FTE from business and IT. The delivery was based on SAFe framework. Yacine was responsible to align RTE, PM, Architecture (etc..) to deliver smoothly the business value in 2 Trains, ~13 teams and multiple products. Yacine was also in charge to secure the Go live in Q4 2020 to align the delivery of Azure Dataplateform, Azure cloud platforms, Product development including Security requirements and UX/UI standards and the business involvement to secure the business tests validation.

Yacine had a large experience leading implementation of digital program. He is certified "Leading SAFe" since 2019.

Yacine spent 15 years in consulting industry leading projects and transformation program in multiple sectors (Aerospace and defense, utilities, Mining, chemicals, telecommunication) managing business requirements and bridging with the IT delivery to deliver the business value for Engineering, manufacturing, customer service, marketing, HSE (etc..).

Here are 2 relevant experience in supply chain, where Yacine acted as delivery manager:

• Airliquid: Product "Distribution Interface" (Portal and mobile), Examples of delivered functionalities:

○ Order flow (prices, fees, invoices), list of orders

○ Customer creation, quotation, contract

○ End to end inventory process

• Airbus: Carve out of manufacturing and engineering of elementary parts and creation of Group subsidiary:

○ Transformation from stock management to a customer-supplier relationship

For Airbus as client: Post Merger Integration Manager (~6years) (France, Germany, Spain, UK…) :

• A400M Carve Out from Airbus civil (to be integrated into Airbus Defense and Space):

○ Due Diligence : Transformation program framing

○ Managed the Business process mapping and IS applications

○ Co defined the program governance: Airbus Civil & Airbus Defense & Space stakeholders; Sponsors ; comitology

○ Cost estimation for different scenarios

○ Roadmap initiation

• SATAIR GROUP creation: Merge of SATAIR et Airbus customer service department (BUY+ CARVE OUT + MERGE) :

○ Managed Day#1 activities:

§ Defined the Day#1 scope: only mandatory legal requirement and minimum transformation

§ Deployed the new HR organization

§ Ensure the business continuity by securing access to core business applications

○ Framed the DAY#2 transformation program

• Aerolia creation: Carve out of elementary parts engineering and manufacturing activities from Airbus:

○ Defined the DAY#2 transformation phases (PLM/ ERP)

○ Planned different DAY#2 projects

○ Managed the financials follow up (TSA/ SLA)
