My focus is on products that sit close to operations: reducing unnecessary steps, making outcomes more reliable, and building foundations that stay solid as complexity grows, including permissions, approvals, configuration, edge cases, and the moments where work can stall or go wrong.

I work remotely from the EU with teams across the EU/UK and distributed teams elsewhere. I keep collaboration async-friendly through clear priorities, written alignment, and focused checkpoints.

- UX for data-heavy interfaces (tables, filters, bulk actions, admin settings)

- Research and discovery (role-based journey mapping, personas, SME interviews, task-based testing)

- Technical literacy (React, TypeScript, Next.js, API constraints)

- Collaboration with product and engineering (tickets, specs, acceptance criteria)

- Tools: Linear/Jira, Notion/Confluence, Slack, Loom
