Vladimir in a few words

Experienced IT professional with multiple years of expertise in the fields of Project Management, Product Ownership and QA. I have been working in integrated agile development teams in both the scrum and kanban methodologies.

- Specifying functional requirements based on research and discussions with end-users, target users, stakeholders and technical leads, taking into account technical constraints.
- Creating and maintaining the product backlog and prioritising it according to business value.
- Elaborating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Presenting requirements to teams, being the reference point to internal and external teams for product questions, and following up on development progress to ensure delivered features meet end-user/target user/stakeholder expectations.
- Working in collaboration with UX/UI designers in order to develop, iterate, and obtain wireframes, designs and prototypes.

Vlad es ese tipo de persona totalmente necesaria en la gestión de un proyecto. Es organizado, técnico y con una visión generalista excelente. No se limita únicamente a gestionar el proyecto en todos sus ámbitos, si no que se involucra de forma técnica y dando soporte a los diferentes equipos involucrados en todo el proceso. Adicionalmente, dispone de una gran capacidad comunicativa, ya sea en inglés o múltiples idiomas, haciendo que la integración entre equipos y el entendimiento entre los mismos sea fácil, llevadero y efectivo. Sin duda, el mejor PO con el que he tenido el placer de trabajar durante toda mi carrera laboral.
