Vladimir in a few words

Experienced IT professional with multiple years of expertise in the fields of Project Management, Product Ownership and QA. I have been working in integrated agile development teams in both the scrum and kanban methodologies.

Part of my abilities include creating and maintaining product backlogs, elaborating user stories and acceptance criteria (BDD if required), working with different stakeholders to resolve interdependencies between teams and projects. - Specifying functional requirements based on research and discussions with end-users, target users, stakeholders and technical leads, taking into account technical constraints.
- Creating and maintaining the product backlog and prioritising it according to business value.
- Elaborating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Presenting requirements to teams, being the reference point to internal and external teams for product questions, and following up on development progress to ensure delivered features meet end-user/target user/stakeholder expectations.
- Working in collaboration with UX/UI designers in order to develop, iterate, and obtain wireframes, designs and prototypes.
- Working together with Technical Leads and other Product Owners/Managers in order to scope work and plan a Product Roadmap.
- Working with different stakeholders to resolve interdependencies between teams and other projects.
- Leading the backlog grooming sessions and setting priorities for a focused sprint backlog.
- Preparing and managing the release process for each product increment.

-Owning and managing all of the QA aspects for all of the live games developed in the studio and for multiple ones from outside of the studio.
-Being the main voice and decision maker for all QA topics such as test plans, priorities and submission readiness.
-Working closely with Live Ops teams to define and execute Live Ops QA strategy including tests for in-game events, promotions and A/B tests.
