I have long experience on full-stack development, software design, solution design. (See attached CV)

I'm more focused in web-applications and preferred technologies such as Angular and React for the front-end and NetCore for the back-end.

But I 'v also experience in other web technologies such as Spring-Boot, PHP and many others.

I'm currently based in Dubai and I'm opening a small IT service company in Portugal.

I'm looking for consultancy contracts for the development of software applications mainly remotely but with the possibility of face-to-face meetings when the project needs so require.

Available both for entire full-stack projects and for developing modules or microservices that are part of an application.

I also researches secure software management consultancy with particular focus on secure design and secure code methodologies, software vulnerability detection, vulnerability management, remediation design, development, and management.

I follow IT projects through all their life cycle, starting from the first contact with the customer, passing through business requirements definition, business processes review and improvement, gap analysis, solution design, project documentation, development and testing supervision, risk management, quality assurance, until the go live.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in a variety of technologies, and I'm now an expert in web applications with advanced technologies such as Angular, REST services in NetCore technology, database services with the most well-known RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, as well as technologies such as docker, docker-compose, Kubernetes clusters, web servers such as Apache and Nginx, application servers such as WebLogic and JBoss, versioning systems such as SVN but above all GIT, continuous integration and continuous delivery via Jenkins pipelines.
