Victor is a good designer, pays attention to details, and extremely open to feedback. Victor is very vast and will go beyond the task to see assignments to their end. He is always willing to learn from everybody while carrying an infectious smile on his face.

I have collaborated with many designers throughout my career, but Victor is a unique designer to work with and his design thinking process is well detailed.
Victor work ethics are perfect, his flexibility to work with the different team assigned to him and also the ability to go out of his way to help others has made him stand out.
