    Launching and improving the RHK dashboards for Hyperion X.     As part of the TSB and Lloyds bank demerge I managed the 19 plus work streams across the business. The purpose of the role was to ensure that the platform teams disable their systems when the programme goes live. Lloyds and TSB customers should not be connected and data should not be shared with both banks. Managed work streams budget, tracking costs and weekly spend that is reported on the monthly steering group meetings. Responsible for delivering multiple program/applications, creating roadmaps, plans, providing approvals for teams to complete work and liaising with third party suppliers to deliver the data extracts whilst managing TSB stakeholder expectations. Managed the following digital and payment platforms IBDB2, CCTM MIDA, CCTM Non MIDA, RSA, eStatements, iPSL.
    • Tracked work progress across all of the business streams with timeframes to deliver the projects, monitoring project delivery. Tracked work stream spend to manage the program overall costs. Creating a weekly PowerPoint pack to summarise work stream progress to stakeholders
    • Outlined the risks, issues and dependencies with the mitigation plan at Programme level. The following tools are used, CMT MSP, Excel, Clarity and Excel.
    • Delivered the project on time and within budget, raise change requests for additional support
    • Provide support to help resolve issues so the business platforms can complete their system testing for the disablement event stream
    • Establish and maintain the business case, ensuring the underlying scope and requirements will allow the programme benefits to be realised. Responsible for allocating resources to the projects. Present/report progress and key decisions to the Programme's Steering Committee on a monthly basis. Worked as change request manager, managing requests from TSB to the LBG platforms, engaging the teams to do an impact assessment before submitting them to the TSB stakeholders.
