Vanessa was my go-to expert for all questions related to our webinar operations on the BrightTalk platform. When I took over the responsibility for the LeanIX BrightTalk channel in mid-2022, the channel had fewer than 300 subscribers, despite a significant number of recordings being available for over a year.
With Vanessa’s support, we launched our first live webinar and quickly saw impressive results—nearly doubling the number of subscribers. Over the course of our 1.5-year collaboration, we consistently ran around 50 webinars per year, with subscriber numbers growing steadily.
By the time Vanessa transitioned off the project, the channel had grown to over 12,000 subscribers. Both my team and our colleagues in the Americas were well trained and able to manage webinars independently—thanks in large part to Vanessa’s dedication.
She shared her knowledge generously, managed all aspects of the webinar program with professionalism, and was always a reliable, knowledgeable partner. I would absolutely work with her again on similar projects.
