- Scaled a property management company in the Vacation Rental Industry from scratch to $2.5M annual revenue within a timeframe of 3 years with no external funding. We served 3 markets and acquired 3 companies;
- Created go-to-market strategies for tech companies within the (live) entertainment industry and set up their (growth) framework and established R&D. For one scale-up I was responsible for its execution by identifying and developing new business opportunities;
- Worked as a junior Marketing & Sales Manager for the Consultancy industry in which I developed a risk management assessment tool and organized various B2B (networking) events.

o Set up a framework for Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Sales activities.
o Provided market insights, created a go-to-market strategy and managed the process to create a product/market fit.

o We scaled to these numbers by technology and driving innovation, which led to the development of an in-house customer portal and IT framework.
o In 2016 we became the Market leader in Amsterdam. In 2017 we were the fastest-growing B2C Property Management Service in Europe. We acquired 3 competitors to maintain our market share.
o Opened offices in London and Curacao. Both operations are 5+ years old.
o Appeared more than 10 times in the national press and various documentaries.
