o Led an office space review culminating in the decision to move offices; managed the office search process achieving over £200k per annum cost savings
o IT transformation including replacing failing IT outsource providers, moving services to the cloud (Dynamics 365, SharePoint), managing risk, data security and compliance.
o Re-positioning the Operations Team as a ‘professional’ service team rather than a reactive ‘admin’ team including new job descriptions, roles and responsibilities that better fitted the needs of the organisation
