As part of a cross-functional consultant teams working with enterprise clients, we:

- built a service that processed 1B in transactions within the first month after launch for a fintech startup

- continuously developed and A/B tested new features to help with finding growth opportunities

- as part of a digital transformation project we built the part of the service that will have to handle 6 billion GBP annually. My role: Organised and facilitated 12 discoveries, 20+ design thinking workshops and 50+ retrospectives. Understand and map business processes, analyse requirements, challenges and dependencies, build a roadmap, own the teams backlog and facilitate team processes and stakeholder management.

Worked with clients within different team setups:

- Owned the design function in a startup building a mobility service platform.

- Designed an analytics dashboard for a BI software startup and owned the engineering handover role

- Consulted a big data analysis software company about conducting user research

- Prototyped a new website and backend admin and consulted on content strategy for a small startup

- Designed an user analytics dashboard for an alpha version for a small startup

- As part of a team we developed a long-term UX strategy for a government and organised user tests
