As part of a cross-functional consultant teams working with enterprise clients, we:
- built a service that processed 1B in transactions within the first month after launch for a fintech startup
- continuously developed and A/B tested new features to help with finding growth opportunities
- as part of a digital transformation project we built the part of the service that will have to handle 6 billion GBP annually. My role: Organised and facilitated 12 discoveries, 20+ design thinking workshops and 50+ retrospectives. Understand and map business processes, analyse requirements, challenges and dependencies, build a roadmap, own the teams backlog and facilitate team processes and stakeholder management.
