i‘ve built worked in for various different sectors (mobility, blue collar, public sector) and have gained experience building entirely new products from scratch and optimising existing products.
my strenghts are identifying the right problems to solve for a product by conducting user research and data analysis, collaborativly solving these problems and contributing to a generally positive work environment.
i strive in environments with low hierarchies but clear responsibilities and where there is a strong, shared vision for where the product & company are going.
i‘m based in berlin and happy to work onsite here or travel a few days per week.

- PowerUsProduct ManagerHUMAN RESOURCESFebruary 2022 - November 2024 (2 years and 9 months)Berlin, GermanyStarted as the first product manager hire after the head of product, with ~30 total employees and helped scale the product & company to more than 130 employees & 5 product squads.During my time I was responsible for various parts of the product, starting in the core job search experience & job notifications, later focusing on the application experience and lastly building & scaling an entirely new active sourcing tool for recruiters.Main achievements:• Launched a new product for active sourcing & further iterated to achieve a 5x improvement in KPI response rate after the successful launch — this now contributes ~10% to the total company revenue• Introduced & optimised an application funnel, boosting application success rates by more than 30% while at the same time improving the quality of the application by collecting more detailed information from each applicant• Built a job collections product which contributes ~15% of all applications of the platform• Improved the job alert notification click rates by more than 20% (WhatsApp & E-Mail)
- flaceFounderSOFTWARE PUBLISHINGAugust 2021 - February 2022 (6 months)Bonn, GermanyAs my first founding project, I developed a SaaS solution to help companies better manage their hybrid workforce with 3 co-founders.In my role I primarily focused on designing & improving the first iterations of the product in Figma and organising the rest of the founding team's effort to be successful. I spent a lot of time doing usability tests and getting direct customer feedback while trying to sell the solution.We participated in the Digital Hub Accelerator Program in Bonn and were offered seed financing but ultimately had to decline because of difficulties in the team, which lead to the end of this founding project.
