Hi!, I am Tiago and for the past few years I have been working on really innovative software solutions building and designing applications that address today's challenges.

As a software developer with more than 20 of experience I am always trying to improve my skills (technical as well as soft skills) so that I can find the best way to solve the issue at hand.

My goal as software architect (end-to-end full stack developer) is to ensure the technical decisions made during the development life cycle (SDLC) of the solution are adequate to problem being solved, making sure that, not only that present issues are addressed, business rules adhered to and the time to market is respected, but also that the solution does not contribute to a technical debt.

I have also done Product and Team management, defining new job specification and recruiting new team members as well as defining the product (in a Scrum environment) according to market and client's needs and reporting the status to higher management.
